UDGN Studios presents

Autumn Winter 2026 | London Fashion Week

In Partnership with Fashion Scout

Anthology of African Stories — The People. The Land. The Heritage.

Presented during London Fashion Week, Anthology of African Stories is a curated catwalk showcase by UDGN Studios in collaboration with Fashion Scout. The project brings together three designers, each offering a distinct interpretation of African heritage shaped by personal memory, cultural practice, and lived experience.

Rather than presenting Africa as a single narrative, the anthology recognises the continent as layered, specific, and deeply personal. Each collection emerges from an intimate place  from family histories, regional traditions, migration stories, and inherited rituals — translating these experiences into contemporary design language.

The People. The Land. The Heritage.

These three pillars guide the showcase.

The People — honouring the communities, elders, and familial structures that shape identity and preserve knowledge across generations.

The Land — acknowledging geography not just as place, but as atmosphere: rivers, soil, coastline, architecture, and memory embedded in environment.

The Heritage — recognising tradition as living, evolving practice rather than static preservation
